Corey Lee Wilson attended 18 different schools before putting himself through college at Mt. San Antonio College and Cal Poly Pomona University. Named Who's Who of American College Students in 1984, he received a BS in Economics and won his fraternity’s most prestigious undergraduate honor, the Phi Kappa Tau Fraternity's Shideler Award, both in 1985. As a satirist and fraternity man, Corey started Fratire Publishing in 2012 and transformed the fiction “fratire” genre to a respectable and viewpoint diverse non‐fiction publisher promoting practical knowledge and wisdom to help everyday people navigate safely through the many hazards of life. In 2018, he founded the SAPIENT Being to help promote freedom of speech, viewpoint diversity, intellectual humility and most importantly advance sapience in America’s students and campuses.

Senior Care Provider and K12 Para-Educator

 

Natedao Arumsri was born in Thailand to a history professor, became an elementary school teacher in Bangkok,  and good karma came her way when she immigrated to the United States in 1983. “Nate” for short, assimilated quickly into American society and culture while also infusing her Buddhist virtues and values of wisdom and understanding with random acts of kindness into her everyday life. Nate has been a K12 paraeducator for the Morongo and Lake Elsinore unified school districts in Southern California and recently found her calling as a senior care provider in 2019 for Synergy Senior Care.

Paul Bates is an award-winning educator whose experience encompasses public and private schools, college, international, inner-city and Magnet GATE. Most recently, Paul worked in the Chino Valley Unified School District where he taught 10 different courses including all four core subjects at the secondary level and was honored as the 2019 Teacher of the Year. He worked with the Claremont Colleges during his tenure as an undefeated debate coach and was the first president of the Inland Valley Debate League which grew to become the largest middle school  parliamentary debate program in the United States. Paul took on additional roles including instructional coach assisting teachers in honing their craft. He has two grown children and lives with his wife in Southern California.

Jorge Mena, Jr.

Owner, Secure Media Transfer (SMT)

 

Jorge Mena, Jr. is a graduate of Cal Poly Pomona with a B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance, Real Estate, and Law. He spent 22 years in the Mortgage Banking industry, earning the respected designation of Certified Mortgage Banker from the Mortgage Bankers Association of America. After leaving the mortgage industry in 2009, Jorge became a successful entrepreneur after starting Secure Media Transfer (SMT), a boutique media conversion business dedicated to digitizing all forms of analog media such as movie film, video tape, slides, negatives, and audio. SMT has continued to grow and thrive by helping families and businesses preserve and share their memories. Jorge shares his home with his fiancée Tatiana, and three of their college-aged children.

PE, Principal Engineer

David Henry has spent 30 years as an Engineer and Manager in the water and power utility industry. His roles include both capital and O&M management of projects and staffs, including strategic planning, funding, delivery, and support of utility systems and technology platforms. He has Chaired and Vice Chaired State and National utility committees; published numerous articles, papers, and co-authored Manuals of Practice on engineering and utility management topics; served as a panel member and keynote speaker at multiple industry conferences; and has won several Industry, state, national, and international awards for his work. David continues to practice engineering and currently resides in Colorado with his family.
