The SAPIENT Being proposes to help eliminate cancel culture and illiberalism in American’s public and private academic institutions by starting new campus organizations at America's high schools, community colleges, and universities.

The SAPIENT Being’s primary goals are to enhance intellectual humility, promote viewpoint diversity, and return freedom of speech and expression to high school, community college and university campuses by creating SAPIENT Being Clubs, Chapters and Alliances. The intent of our campus organizations is to provide a nurturing venue for members to reach a higher state of being on their lifelong journey towards sapience.

The Society Advancing Personal Intelligence & Enlightenment Now Together (the acronym for the first word in SAPIENT Being) is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit, non-partisan, non-religious, and non-sectarian organization that subscribes to only one ideology; which is human sapience (wisdom) and we welcome with open minds, arms and hearts the believers and practitioners from all ideologies, faiths and walks of life to help create a more accountable and democratic student government.

The SAPIENT Being is committed to creating a network of students concerned about the ill effects of cancel culture, critical race theory, and progressivism and we are united in our purpose and goal to ensure American academic institutions live up to their ideals of truth, civil disagreement, and intellectual discovery.

We envision a campus environment where ideas can be freely expressed, beliefs challenged, and theories critically analyzed using the scientific method without threats or intimidation. By doing so, we develop a more comprehensive and valid understanding of varied social and political perspectives, freed from the fear of reprisal by peers, faculty, and orthodox viewpoints.

The SAPIENT Being is a great venue for independent and open minded students along with liberal and conservative ones who seek to debate each other on the intellectual battlefield—and do it with sapience.
